First run today with the jconcepts body. Paint turned out ok, couple weird smudges in the green, but all good as this will be the running body. Save the nice stock body for shelf duty!

Fun rig for sure! A Promoto is also on my list, I've seen a few decent deals on used ones recently.
Same, wish i had the money for one deal, it was $450 with a bunch of upgrades and all the original stuff. two sets of plastics, extra driver, extra clothes, extra front/rear wheel and tire. ugh, hope something like it pops up again soon :P

Can the spur gear handle it as well?
Diffs and spur can take it on 3S all day long. I’ve been rippin mine for nearly 2 years on this setup with zero exploded diffs or spurs (with 1 million cst in the center diff). The kush gear transmission in the LMT softens the blow in dire drive line shock situations.

The best mod you can make to the stock RTR LMT for maximum fun is a program card for the ESC. Max out that punch, boost the timing, kill the brakes (instant reverse) and hang on for dear life!
What program card works?

Manually changed those settings this evening, will give it a go after work tomorrow!
Also will be the first run on the updated steering setup!

Makes me a little giddy seeing that servo is able to crank those tires around in that monster. Yeah, same one I have.
