losi is coming out with their 1/8 brushless system in mid September, it can handle 3-5 cell lipo. The motor size is 720 and comes in 2100, 1700 and 1300 kv. This thing should make my emaxx rip. Aren't most motors 550? I wonder how it will compare to the mamba Monster system. That big of a motor could hurt runtime and I want atleast 20 minutes on my 6000mah lipos. I wonder if it is highly water resistant like the mamba monster for snow? Should I wait for the mamba monster system that won't come out until mid october or buy the losi in September?

I think I would wait till both systems are out, them compare them, I would also look at the new version of the Novak HV Pro system which now has built in lipo low voltage cut off and is now programable like the other systems, my other concern with losi system is with motor being so big is you might have trouble with it fitting in the e maxx...

Just wondering, the low voltage cut off is there for what reason? Sorry to ask such a newb question, but I am. :D

...for lithium polymer packs. Lipo's do not like to be over discharged. It's a big deal and a sure fire way to ruin a good Lipo pack.
