Kyosho gx12 to Carson chassis

Hello. I don't know if I m asking in correct forum but I think it's correct. So I got kyosho gx12 nitro engine and is it possible to use this engine on Carson chassis? Both my nitro engine and carson chassis are 1:10 but they are different brands. So is there any possibility.

Yes but perhaps you'll need to drill new holes in the chassis because specifically Kyosho uses/used their own unique way of fitting engines with different slots
