Knock off T-Maxx

A friend gave me a nitro car without telling me anything about it. He also has no idea who makes it. I went to a hobby shop and someone told me that it was infact a knock off of a T-Maxx and said that Snapp-On (tool company) made it. He was not 100% sure on this but if someone could help me out with this question it would be great.

Its a Smartech Magicwheel. Or a copy of that too. I dont believe SnapOn had much to do with it, except perhaps the stickers.
80% of the Tmaxx parts will fit it and it is a great little M/T
A racing buddy of mine has one with a Fantom 15 in it and it makes my Sirio Tmaxx look slow....
