It's not a large scale rig. It's a small scale racing cart

Just a spark plug boot mod to ensure a tight connection between the coil and the plug:

Step 1: Pull off the boot and the spring:

Step 2: Prepare the eyelet:

Step 3: Screw in the eyelet carefully:

Step 4: Put a zip tie around the insulation:

Done!

Routine Cleaning in between races:

• Air filter, air box, engine, spark plug
• Check clutch shoes

• Clean chassis with denatured alcohol

• Clean muffler with a 14 oz can of Easy Off + heat gun + Scotch pad + hot water

• Clean under chassis with gas

* Check all bolts and bearings

Wow! Thats a lot of work but that chassis looks GREAT!!!
The engine and pipe look new! Super clean!!!
