Just bought a CEN GX-1

I just purchased a GX-1 on e-bay for 50 bucks. I'm still pretty new to R/C in general (i have a HPI MT-2 which i love) and I have no clue about on-road.

Is this going to be a decent car for me? I want to drive it on parking lots, not race it. Also, are there lots of hop-ups for it or am I stuck with a stockie?

Basically, give me all the info you can on it! Thanks guys/gals!

I looked into CEN a while back and there are not very many hopups, and the parts are hard to find. I was going to purchase the cts-4 but instead went with the rs4.

It should be a decent car for you to parkinglot bash with, but its going to be very limited with hop ups. For $50 though ya got a good deal. Youll find its going to be alot more tricky to tune that the Mt-2. Keep us posted though!

Thanks for the comments. I found a few websites with a few upgrades here and there. I'm going to go down to my lhs and see if they'll be able to order anything in for me. They are really great guys and love to help out anybody with anything, so i'm hoping!

Yea, for 50 bucks I couldn't pass it up. If nothing else, it'll be a great lil beater car to learn on!
