Is anybody familiar with Wordpress?

I'm building a new website, and I installed Wordpress for the main page, but it isn't showing up. When I use the url, it still says the page is under construction. Yet I installed /forums and they work fine.

Any ideas?

I'm using WordPress for a company, but a third party set it up for us, I'm just uploading the pictures and such
