i just installed the cam servo saver.. i havent drivin it yet but i was wondering it anyone has any tips on setting it.. i have a hitech 645 servo and i used the red horn trimed down to one arm. i put the linkage on the outer hole and it all seems to work better.. my question is on the spring and cam area.. i set it to the 4mm ish tightness the instructions say. does it perform well there or do i need it tighter/looser? i havent drivin it yet so i can't say that its set right. i know you guys like to tweak stuff to make it work better. just checking if the 4mm tightness they ask for is optimal.. thanks

also do they make bearings to go in there where the plastic bushings go?? is there a kit or just get bearings that fit?

for me the 4mm worked fine. from what i understand, the tighter u make it, the more strain on the servo gears. as for the bearing, just pick up 4 single bearings.

If you hold the wheels with your hands and turn the steering wheel, the servo saver should give. Any tighter than that and it's going to be extra hard on the servo.
