It does suck, but believe me, itll be well worth the wait. And yes, Macguyver is right, it basically is brand new so yes, it needs to be broken in
 
there are multiple ways to break in an engine depending on the manufacturers, but all ways work.

heres a video on how to break in an engine made by Traxxas

Make sure to ask the person you purchased the buggy from if the engine is set to the stock settings so you can break it in, if not let me know.
