A hard case for my new headphones, Ear pads for my old headphones, Sweat covers for my new headphones and 2 Pokemon DVD's of Sun and Moon ultra adventures and the XY movie collection. Also i have a wireless logitech gaming mouse coming Saturday.

Here's the new ear pad from old headphones compared to the replacements from Wicked Cushions. The right one is more than 3 years old and stinky and all the Pleather is gone the left is the replacement.

Thanks to you all for all the birthday wishes you've given me.

Looks like you've gotten a lot of good use out of your old headphones. :thumbs-up:
Sure have, I've had them for almost 6 years now it's crazy considering my other pair of Skullcandy headphones.

These the Crusher Wireless only lasted a few months before breaking at the hinges.

OK, so it was more like yesterday afternoon, but I'm still 'feeling it' today.

Went to the pain clinic to get my lower back stabbed with 8 injections of temp nerve blocks so the Pain Management Doc can get a good read on what comes next. Well, OK, so another round of the same injections actually comes next in 2 weeks, but then it'll be discussion on whether to go with something like a TENS Unit, Ablations (burnt nerve endings), some kind of long-term nerve-block injections (which steroid rounds didn't last more than a few weeks), or whatever else he might have up his sleeve to try.

The shots themselves weren't horrible - not as bad as I've heard they can be at any rate - and I walked out not feeling the sciatica or any real lower back pain, to be honest. I still had full-control over the important stuff, so that was good (one of the side-effects 'could' be no-notice incontinence, but at least I know I won't be needing to order any "Oops, I Crapped My Pants" anytime soon).

Whatever road they send you down, hope you get some relief, chronic pain sucks.

I have been thru back injury. The opiod train has no stops. I got lucky getting off that poison! Chiropractic care with CBD, THC and PT work best for me.
I hope you have REAL good doctors!!!
I also hope you find relief ASAP!!! ❤️

Thanks, guys! I'm kinda almost hoping they lean toward the Ablations, since that's more of a medium/long term solution without having to augment with drugs. Since I'm a DoD employee, the less meds in my system during 'personal wastewater assessments,' the better. I had a couple of stints of PT, but learned that most of what they prescribed (stretches and exercises) are things that I've been doing all along to help maintain flexibility and keep my core from losing too much natural strength. I need to do more to lose some weight, which would also help the back issues somewhat, but it's tough to do when it it's painful to get more active.

My back issues are bulging discs with semi-mild deterioration. I grew up too fast (5'7" in 8th grade, then 6'2" in 9th) with the discs and joints [in general] not really having 'enough' time to catch up as they stretched and developed. The neurologist said this have been coming for me my whole life, whether I were 150 or 600 lbs. Now, I just gotta get back to a more manageable 'me,' and be more proactive in taking care of it.

I'm catching up on the parts of the 2025 AI summit that was broadcast by Stock Advisor. I missed a lot of it when they were livestreaming it because they chose to do it on a Wed and Thurs, starting at like 2pm on both days. Some of us foos work FFS! Lol

mowed the backyard, then threw down some weed and feed, then threw down some grass seed cause why not it was in the shed. see if anything comes of it.
We had a warm day today. I wanted to seed a few places.
Put led hlps in the Focus and worked on kiddos car today instead. 😐
At least the headlights are nice and bright! 🤣

Prob go start the snowblower for peace of mind... 5-8"s expected tonight.

I believe the weed killer chemicals will hinder the grass seeds from sprouting. It should mention that on the fertilizer bag.

yeah, i thought about that. iv done it in the past, took longer for the seed to sprout, but when it did man did it! also still assuming the seed and fertilizer are still good. they've been around for several years. the seed is newer, but meh. we'll see what happens. odds are ill forget to water it and that'll do more to make it not grow than anything.
