I got my NTC3 running, after 2 months of waiting for a new head, it was on back order!
I changed my car to a bump start, and added the new bigger head. It seems now that when i try to get my car to idle properlly that it gurggles... and the carburator opening is open 2 times more than it usually is, and i have to increase the amount of fuel the car idles at. How do i bring all of this down, i cannot even make it on a 5 min. race, my car sucks fuel like a Chevy Big Block! HOW DO I FIX IT?!?!?

i cannot seem to get the carburator opening closed more, i think it is my servo.???

oh and just to add, my idle screw does not seem to decrese the size of the whole, i turn it both ways, and nothing!

Your idle screw may have become unseated and no longer effective. Take the carb off and inspect it thoroughly. Also, reset your needles back to factory and turn your HSN in (leaner) by about half a turn. This should get you up and running once you get your idle screw reseated.
