You could always use threadlock. My HPI Nitro MT Racer did that all the time till I busted out the thread lock.

Crazy nut racing make hubs for the storm from 7075 alumminum and on side is left hand nuts, the other is right. $30 shipped

You didnt tell them that your new ride will be a feature of one of our new vids.... Hmmmm I think retread can take credit for it too. That was your car afterall.

Oh yea, my buggy is going to be featured in one of the wonderful frequency-rc videos. It will be DOPE! Watch out, da smurf is on the loose. noooooooo......Retread can't take credit cuz its my car now, not his :ahem:

Full credit goes you, Smurfola for the driving and the Storm...

Hmmmmm...you can give me a little credit for allowing you to close the auction early...

 Yup, yup I do. Retread gets the credit for closin it early so I could win. To ya.

Hmmm....so I wasn't completely crazy. I looked at the auction in the morning at work and noticed that I still had the max bid and it had like 2 or 3 days left. But in the evening it was completed. I didn't know that eBay allowed you to close an auction early.

Yep - that's one of those hidden rules. The seller has the right to close the auction early at his/her choice...our deal was for a decent bit more than what the auction shows it closed for. So - you didn't lose out my a mere $10.00!!

smurfola told me about his gs storm purchase from ebay. he even showed me the auction. i, however, had no idea it was retread's auction. :omg:

retread, are you getting out of the buggy scene?

The Buggy scene? More like the R/C scene in general.

Family, Work, Church and Mountain Biking are demanding so much of my time I've got nothing left to give to the R/C's!! They've all been sitting collecting dust for months...looking forlorne and lonely on the shelf.

I still need to find homes for:

One sweetly hopped up .15 T-Maxx.
One fast little Nitro Stampede.
A bunch of misc tools and parts.

What kind of tools do you have laying around? I could be interested in a nice set of hex drivers. :)

- Nice R/C workstand

I'll have to dig around and sift through all the junk I've got.

:breakdown I got his gs storm and he closed it early, na na na na na na. :loser: I got it! lol. Yesterday I bashed at the beach, crazy man, it was rippin up so much sand. By the time I stopped it had atleast 2 mm of sand on every part.:D Much fun, much fun. I jus cleaned it and it looks brand new again, so I'm just gettin ready for my car to be on display in F-RC's video.

It would be a good stand for a buggy...not so much for trucks. I bought it for my T-Maxx - you HAVE to take the wheels off and it's still a bit small for the Maxx.

mcvickj - Has dibs if he wants it...but I'll sell it for about $8.00 plus shipping.
