HPi RS4 Evo 3 Gearbox Problem

Hi All.

I am new to the RC scene and have just bought mysellf the HPi RS4. Its a great car but I'm sitting with one problem. I had to replace the 47t spur gear, but since replacing it,the gearbox is a little bit noisy. It sounds like a grinding noise. I've checked the gears but can't see anything. If somebody has had a similar problem could they advise me please?

It does sound like the mesh to me. Although, unless you have the adjustable engine mounts, the mesh doesn't change... Hmmmm

I just did the gear mesh trick with a piece of paper,end it worked. The gear mesh was too tight. I went for my first drive with the car last night and was all over the show. My chassis is badly scratched,but thats the way it goes i suppose. Thanks for all the help guys.
