How much oil in each T-Maxx shock?

how much shock oil do i put in each of my shocks on my traxxas t-maxx 2.5

AND WHAT MODs DO I NEED TO truck pull

Fill the shocks almost to the top but leave roughly 1-2mm of space from the top. Advice on the truck pull mods, not a clue, but sounds like fun!
