With all the aluminum bits out there for these things, I wonder how heavy some of them are when they're all blinged out. On the opposite end of the spectrum, I'm trying to get mine as light as possible. My stock one weighs 8.5lbs fueled. And my lightweight one comes in at 5.25lbs.

Whos got some numbers to post?

i have a chrome roll cage!! it's HEAVY, i went the exact opposite direction, i sacrificed speed for safety. Most cars will burn my t-maxx but mine has never broken and i bash hard. i just weighed mine and 10.2 pounds..... 2X heavier than yours lol.

I think my alum one is about 12 pounds, I dont have a scale that I can really weigh it on properly. It has all FLM parts that you can buy except the engine mount and the bulk head braces. It has the a arms, skid plates, the bars the skid plates connect to, combo bulk heads(basically 1 large peice of aluminum), rc solutions cage, os21tm, all steel gears FOC from RRP, and steel mip cvds and center shafts, big ass tires, much much bigger than the 3.3 tires.

I will weigh my tonight when i get home, Both of them I have a Classic with a bunch of hop ups and then i have the new 4908 with an OS.21tm, I should even weigh my Nitro Rustler

Let you know when i get home

15 lbs

my t-maxx weighs 15 pounds!!! i have a few aluminum parts like aluminum skid plate and metal rrp spurs but what mostly weighs it down is the steel roll cage

its geared very low (76t spur, 16t clutch bell), so it locks up quickly, but even still, this was no match for the stock plastic shoes, so I upgraded to 3 shoe aluminum and loosened the slipper a bit, now it hauls it all with pride:D

Does anyone else have a lightweight one? If I can ever get mine t run halfway decent, I'm going to start drilling holes in stuff.

LOL 18 pounds, with trailer fueled and armed, 40 pounds...............

Can I see some pics of it with a trailer? Sounds neat.:hehe:

yeah aluminum is cool until u realize that its too heavy for its own good lol, mine weighs exactly 16.8 pounds on this here digital scale lol.

Heres what the traxxas website says about the T-Maxx 3.3

Weight (RTR no fuel) 4.536 kg
160 oz

Let's see... 16 oz in a pound right???
