so I got my truck a few months back, I ran it quite a bit, but never real speed runs. so tonight I was out in a parking garage, and as I slammed the throttle, I could have sworn I heard a gear change! I brought it back to me, and examined: MY TRUCK IS A TWO SPEED! I never really took a close look at it, and never really cared to, but it's just kinda weird when you think you bought a straight forward, one speed truck, and you find out it isn't. the reason I never noticed was because the shift point is set so damn high that it only shifts when the engine is absolutely screaming. so now that I'm home, I go to the site I bought it from, and it confirmed that it's a two speed.

now to go figue out how to lower that shift point :D
