Just make sure you grab a HW program card with it if you don't have one.

2FMRC did a video on it. It looks pretty smooth. He gave it a big thumbs up, so it has to be decent.

But like he mentions in the video... I am waiting for HW to scale the Fusion down for 24th scalers.

Didn't know they had a 1/24 ESC. I may have to get one. My 1/24 stuff has been getting more attention lately than my other stuff.

Got this up and running now. It's definitely not a "drop-in replacement". I had to use a Furitek motor/transmission mount and find creative spots for the ESC and receiver (SR215).

Love the performance though. It's very smooth, and any kind of jerkiness when transitioning from slow crawls aren't noticeable to me.

Glad you got it in and running. It's amazing how compact these things have gotten but still take up more real estate than we like.

I agree. I'm not quite happy with the electronics arrangement yet, because I had to move the ESC tray and ended up splitting up the locations of the receiver and the ESC. Lighted magnifying headband thingy really helps when working on these tiny things!

Here's that HW mini24 installed into an Injora LCG chassis. I could not get a satisfactory arrangement of the ESC and receiver with the stock chassis, so I tried this out. The chassis has some configuration options of layout, and multiple shock mounting points.

Here's the 16T, mod 0.3, 2mm bore pinion and I'm reusing the stock spur gear.

And since I was already shopping for Injora parts, I decided to try out their "Prosteer" front axle. Way better turning radius with this axle, plus a little added weight, and +4mm width.

Of course a bunch of other upgrades as well. I don't believe anything is stock anymore except the C10 body! It's such an easy platform to modify with the multitude of options available to us these days for the SCX24 platform.
