X2 you are really taking your chances with RC's like that, Better off paying a little more and not having trouble getting parts, then to spend the money have it break, and then end up throwing it in the trash because you can't get replacement parts for it. JMO...

I also think that truck is an RC18t clone. You are better off getting a name brand because of the parts support and parts availability. The price you listed is about the price of an RC18t RTR with a brushed motor. This is a complete set up, you just need to charge the included battery.

what should i get the most i am willing to pay about £200 give or take and i dont care for brushed or brushless and its got to be able to go off road over a grassed field
so any ideas

A 1/18th scale of any kind isn't going to like grass very well. If that's the only place you drive, I'd save up for a 1/10th or 1/8th scale.

how tall is the grass? For "lawn length" look into the hpi firestorm series. Its a cheap fun truck.
