hello I'm new to this forum and dont know where to ask questions yet.
hopefully somone will answear here:p well its about a savage 3.5
the pull start is stuck out and the flywheel is not moving both ways (only moving 1 way)
any idea what the problem could be? please:\

Sound like the one way bearing is bad. As far as the pull start not recoiling you may have broken the spring inside of it
 
Sounds like you OWB is working fine, but to be sure remove the pull start from the engine.
If it's working right the OWB will spin freely in one direction and catch the shaft when going the other direction.
Try that and look it over.
If the OWB works properly and it's not cracked I'd start with replacing or repairing the pull start. It won't hurt to buy another OWB as cheap insurance, but from the sounds of it I think yours is fine.

The reason your "flywheel is not moving both ways " is because the OWB is doing it's job.
It'll spin freely in one direction and catch going the other direction.
Since the OWB is catching, the rotation of the crankshaft is stopped because the pull start is keeping the OWB from rotating with the crankshaft.
