i have a kyosho infrno 10 i think its quite an old kit I've purchased a kyosho gx12 engine{new} to replace an enya engine will this new engine fit???

As long as the carb and exhaust are configured the same way as the old engine, it should fit. If it doesn't fit the mount, I'm sure you can get a new mount that works.

engine mounting query

had new engine had a look at fitting it confused went to my local model shop they advised me i need an engine mount can anybody help me please thanks

Didn't they tell you what you need? If they know what mount will work, just order from your lhs. If not, do some googleing or wait for somebody to answer that has done this swap.
