i just noticed that my engine is at an angle compared to my gears!! not by much, but it noticable, will this cause any problems to the gears? engine ? or drivetrain??
please help me out !

As long as the pinion/spur gear mesh isn't too tight (or loose) at the smaller diameter of angle you should be fine... provided the angle isn't greater than 30 or so. Any more than that and you'll end up wearing down the inner edges of the spur gear or at a greater risk for stripping. If you can realign the engine for a more even mesh it would be recommended.
 
They need to be perfectly square. If it is crooked, reset the mesh.
It willl wear out quicker if you don't.
 
i understand what you mean, and i totally understand that, but I've tried but when i get it square the engine mounts hit the drive shaft causing it to lock up. i dunno how or why this has happened tho
