K, so it's only day 2 with my T-Maxx 3.3. Everything has been working great. Got it all broken in, it runs and drives perfect. Was having a blast!!

At a fairly high speed, although, not at full speed, I hit a curb. It did a hop/flip and landed on its side. When I got to it, still running, the truck wouldn't respond to the remote movements. No forward, no steering, nothing.

What in the heck happened? I checked my connections, checked to make sure I didn't dislodge my batteries, but still nothing.

Before I take it to the hobby shop and get charged, I was hoping some of you may direct me.

Thanks!

did a battery get dislodged a wire get pinched do you have a volt meter? something got knocked loose go through it again you will find it! maybe the crystal in the rx got knocked loose

You need to check ALL the connections. The batteries in the holder, the battery connector to the receiver, the switch, and the servo connections as well as the antenna wire.

How do I check to see if it's a crystal issue? If I get a voltage meter and all has power?

BUT, When I turn on the switch, I don't even hear the sound of the servos. Usually they straighten out, or make some kind of noise.

the crystal plugs into the rx on mine there is a small rubber plug on top mine is older original maxx
pull the rubber plug and you should see the crystal maybe just push it back in or remove it and then put it back in

K, so I don't know if the batteries up and instantly died, or I dislodged one on impact. I replaced the receiver batteries and all is working.

Wheh, that was scary. Do they die that quick? Or did I possibly just knock them loose?

I think you knocked em loose but good job anyway you got it up and running:)
