Help picking first nitro rc! Need durable beater, I think.

Thats not a bad find for your RC10 but hopefully its not wore out as I have found several (not the RC10s) trucks that I was leary of. The thing about used RC nitro and electric you can nly go as far as someones word and not really knowing if it was beat up taken care of or what not. Now if your looking for electric for your son to drive I think the Stampede would be a good choice. And with the Lipos taking off your going to find alot of the other battery types slighty go down in price over time. As far as upgrading IMO I would get the truck see what it does for you before I would do anything. That way your familiar with it and your not spending extra money on something you may not need. I'm pickin up my young one a ele Rustler for a good price for xmas and I'm sure it will be plenty for him till he learns to use it. Hope this helps and good luck.
