Today I was out running my car when my motor quit and the pull start was locked. I took it home and took the motor apart to find the crank had broke a big piece off. I'm unsure of if I should rebuild the traxxas 3.3 or just go ahead and drop a os .21 or picco .26 in my revo? Any input you guys have on this matter will be helpful I'm really unsure of what I want to do cause I have heard good and bad about putting a big block in a revo.

Drop in a new motor. Once the connecting rod breaks, it usually scars the sleeve. Having run the Picco, I would recommend it.

I pretty much have a bullet proof tranny what else will I need to beef up to be able to take the power of a picco .26? What will be the first to break in the drive line or do you think it will be able to handle the power?

I run odonnells 25% nitro is that ok to run in a ofna picco .26?

Drop in the Forward Only Conversion (FOC) and that will take a lot of the weak links out of the tranny. I would also recommend the center diff and rear brake kits to add some whoa to the go of the big block. That's all I did with my Picco powered Revo.

Cool yea I already did the foc and I am going to put in the center diff and rear brake. I figured I will have to do the center diff to help keep the front end down with a BB.
