I am trying to decide, should I purchase the XRT ultimate and convert it over to a xmaxx or purchase the xmaxx with belted tires? I really want an ultimate xmaxx but unfortunately they’re pretty much sold out everywhere and discontinued. My LHS has 1 XRT ultimate left and it’s calling my name but I do already have a XRT. Would like to convert one to a xmaxx if I go the ultimate route. Any advice/ideas what’s I should do? Thank you

I would say get the Xmaxx . No particular reason other than I have one and they are amazing.
They discontinued the ultimate models. They will still be producing all the parts. They have one XRT ultimate in stock that I think I may buy and convert it over to a xmaxx ultimate

I haven't got into my RCs much at all lately so I know nothing about the XRT ultimate.

You know they are 2 different chassis right? The conversion would cost quite a bit.

I appreciate this. Definitely didn’t consider how different they actually were. Guess I’d be better off buying the xmaxx with belted tires for $899.95 and just buying the ultimate parts for it as I use it.

I think that would be the perfect route to take... Keep an eye on Jenny's RC for the take-off ultimate parts.
