Hats off to Shorty

Just wanted to say a big thanks to Shorty. :worship: :thumbup:
As you may all know I've been finding it really difficult to find general nitro spares such as filters etc. So I posted a thread talking about DIY alternatives to these spares.
After a bit of discussion, shorty shows up and not only offers to send me some fuel line for free but also offers to pick up anything I need from his LHS if I send him the money.
Then, when he finds out I only need a few bits he gos and buys them straight away, he says he doesn't even want any money for them. I say I wanna give him the money for them.
Today, before i even had a chance to send the money, I get an envelope containing a couple of foot of fuel line, a whole load of springs for me to make a TRS plus a fuel filter!
Now, ok, those parts may not break the bank, but considering the guy had never spoken a single word to me, that is some damn generous stuff right there.

So I just wanted to a give a big thanks to Shorty. People like him make it a damn sight easier for people like me to get in to this sport/hobby when it might not have been so easy.

You could take the $ shorty spent on helping you out and donate it to this site. In a way, you would still be paying him back. If it wasn't for this site, you probably wouldn't have ever met shorty or gotten your stuff so easily.
