my savage 21 is real hard to get started and when it goes to shift it loses power any ideas on the problem thanks for your time
 
How many gallons are through your motor?

Your loss of power sounds like you are getting off your power band rpms. Try tuning the trans accordingly.
 
i have ran about 3 gallons thru it since i have had it but bought it used.my main problem is how hard it is tu get it started my my gt2 starts rig
