Guys I need some help. I'm new to this nitro world and christmas is appraching fast. I*was wondering is 180 is a good price for a MGT*4.6 nitro truck that is about 2 years old. I have been told the thing is in great shape only maybe used 20 times or so,

Let me know what you guys think. Also If you know a better deal for a beginner please let me know. I*am looking at this for my 13 year old son.

Thanks

Annyone have any words if wisdom? Anything?

I'm going to try to see it Monday evening. Anyone who can help me out by letting me know if the price is good or if I'm being taken here please let me know.

Thanks

It's always risky buying a used nitro. You just never know how the engine was treated. If you can see it run, that would be best. Always include the cost of a new engine in the price of a used nitro rig. Then compare that to a new one. Nothing beats pulling a brand new truck out of the box.

If everything is clean and the cooling head is not beat up to bad i would offer him 150 but 180 isnt bad if it runs good, but thats just my input
