I improperly stored my expensive 40 series street tires and chrome rims and the foams have flat spots is there any way for fix it? Was gonna try foam in a can(like a fexible insulation) with like a ball pump needle and stick the needle at the end of the straw of the can and stab it through where the flat spot is and try to fill it. Anyone got a any other ways to fix it pls help me out. I'm wishing I didn't glue them so good now.

There should be holes in your wheels already.
I would try straightening them out with speed first. If that doesn't work maybe you can warm one up with a hair dryer or heat gun then go flying down the road.
Simple and easy things first ;)

+1^^^
If its just the foams that have become flat spotted/distorted due to storing with weight on them a few good speed runs or a high speed balancer will usually straighten them right out.

Injecting spray foam will only make matters worse…
