Traxxas uses a longer than normal plug in the 2.5/2.5R/3.3 engine. It will work with "standard" length plugs, but the ones it uses are about a thread longer.

The OS LC4 will be closer to the right temp, it's the medium temp plug. Should be good for 20-25% nitro. If you were running <20% nitro, then maybe run the LC3, it's a hot plug.

I don't run nitro much anymore, but when I did, glow plugs would usually last me more than a gallon.
What’s the best place online to buy those? I looked at a few sights today and didn’t see those particular plugs.

I usually start with ebay, unless I'm in a super hurry, then I go with amazon prime, but if non are available on prime, I just go with ebay and wait. Last resort is to go retail, but they tend to throw a lot at you for shipping. amain/horizon also have an ebay store, so you can buy from them through ebay as well and maybe not pay so much for shipping, but they tend to augment the price and add shipping to make up for it anyway.

awesome, thanks for the info! Would you recommend the os3 or os4 plug?

I'm here because of the same reason lol, I have a Tmaxx 3.3 I bought used as a shelf queen show truck, but dude was running Traxxas power fuel 10% nitro in it. I have successfully switched to bones brew 20% 12% and it runs great. Problem now is fouling plugs. Hobby shop gave me Traxxas 3232x glow plugs, but because I run a little rich during running for the new fuel break in, they foul. Plus I'm in Indiana and I run in winter also... Never had a problem before, I'd run a hot plug. My question is this.... Now with the new fuel (bones brew 20% 12%) will the os lc3 take care of the cold weather and running a bit rich for now problem?..... (I will lean it out after a few tanks of the new fuel, but I e been told if I run in winter, run a hot plug)
