gearing for the snr

ok guys lets have some ideas about gearing for the 2 speed trans for the sn rally ... we're looking for masses of top end .. maybe to break the 55 mph mark

i dont no if you can do this but why not put a bigger engine in and a new exhaust in and put in lighter fly wheels n cluches or you can adjest the gear box?
