Basicly maintence free and can go really fast with lipos. I have a mamba max 5700 system in my xxx-t mf2 and it is crazy fast, I can't keep the front wheels down. I like mamba because they have a 1 year warranty and don't have any maintence and great customer service.

man that sounds sweet. i've just loked at some movies and specification and it looks pritty fast but i'm lokking for something more affordibly.
I jst do not have i clue wht engines are compatible whit the wright speed controllers.

I got mine with speed control and motor for under 200 and that is cheap. you will spend less money in the long run. I got mine at bishop power products www.b-p-p.com.

I have to agree with him it is very hard to find a brushed system for under that and you have more maintence and you have to spend money on brushs.

I have one of the sidewinder systems, along with two novaks and a mamba max and the brushless is sooooo nice. But, if you don't want to spend that much you could go the brushed route. I just sold a guy a Cobalt 11 turn motor and LRP Quantum Competition speed control, and he said it made his tamaya like an animal, it was his first really powerful motor and it shocked him when he saw how much power it had.
