charge the wand battery fully. Plugged it in and the engine turns over really slow sometimes locking up. thought I might have flooded it. So I took the glow plug out and hardly any fuel comes out while its turning over. went to the hobby shop replaced ez start motor and casing for the gears. everything looks good now. tried to start again turned over pretty good. but once I got fuel to the carb the engine got really tight. now if I turn the flywheel by hand even with the glow plug out its really tight. Did I pile up a bearing? Hope I didn't blow the engine. By the way revo is only 4 months old

could be flooded take your plug out turn the truck over and turn the motor over with the ez start a bunch of fuel may spit out of it if not take either a heat gun or a hair dryer and heat the case up this should help with loosening it up some. also you could loosen your glow plug to relieve some of the pressure in the case and tighten it back down once it starts

Do all that Childresshunt recommended and if problem still exist then you may have to take head and backplate off to inspect for any loose metal or shavings indicating a possible shredded bearing. Anything getting between piston and sleeve will cause engine to tighten or lock up and cause damage to sleeve and piston. Could be something like a glow plug element that didnt make it out the exhaust port or the rear crank bearing coming apart. Hopefully its just flooding which will cause it to tighten up and not turn over if enough fuel has loaded up in the sleeve. Thats why its best to remove plug hold truck upside down and turn over with ez start wand for several seconds to clear fuel from head.

I would guess if u can take the glow plug out and it turns over hard from bdc to tdc ur bearing is SPENT! But definitely check all other possibilities first. But with that glow plug out there shouldnt b any compression and tightness only at tdc.

Hey guys thanx for all the info but I think my problem is the gear in the ez start with the one way bearing is stressed. bearing seems sloppy in there gonna try changing that and see what happens. thanx again.

If the owb is sloppy then it wouldnt turn over at all the ez start motor would just spin but it could be possible that your have a messed up gear in the ez start locking it up
