I've seen thes extendin exhaust tip whats the real gains from it? and I've ben thinkin about a supercharger and noz injection and force fed fueling? whats your thoughts?

i spent 4 weeks trying to get a supercharger to work on traxxas 3.3. IT can't WORK.

Yeah the tips are just a help, sometimes makes it quiet, or if your real good you can use different things to create just a little more back pressure witch circumstantially can help with performance, i found a small metal wheel thing out of an old radio, and it had a hole through it with a lip at each end, i connected it with a hose and did it all up, it worked great made it quiet and gave it a little more pep, but like i said, sometimes this works, and other times it will just cause the engine to constantly flood....i was thinking about a super and nos too but after what everyone has said I'm going to pass, and just go with a bigger engine....

thats also what I've heard just a gimmick and they actually make you slower i saw a video on youtuube of a revo3.3 supercharged vs a tmaxx 3.3 non supercharged and the tmaxx spanked its ass all 3 times and the tmaxx was stock:first_place:

yea i like that idea I'm gonna see how this 3.3 runs i hope its got some go if not i may be swapping for something bigger

I'm headed that way! Been trying to find races in my area....i have raced on tracks made for atv's and bikes, but i have never been part of an actual race, thats about the main reason i want a big block, i have plenty fun bombing the rig around with the 2.5r, and wouldn't mind a 3.3 for just running around the yard, but i would like a big block for racing, planning on making my own track, were we have a bunch of snow m going to make it kinda like a ruff draft out of snow, and if i like i will make a more permanent one in the summer, hope to have vids soon i know a lot of people looking into making there own track....

sounds good nedly post some vids of it when you get it done is there alot of people that race r/c's around your way I'm looking for a bashing buddy i searched the list on here but everyone close to me hasnt been on the site in like 2years lol i heard there is a bad ass os big block motor

Thats some funny stuff!!!!! I did the same thing and noticed no one around had been online in years i was like wtf?man...Not many in this area, that i know of races, there is a hobby shop about 45 min from me, in Falmouth Maine, called ray and robins hobby center, they have an indoor track for testing n such, and i found through there that there is a new outdoor track somewhere in Cumberland county, I'm located in Porter Maine, right near Freedom New Hampshire, as funy as it is i have been looking for someone to race around with a "bashing buddy" :) but if your in New Jersey looks like someone will be traveling a few hours, somewhere around 5 hours, possibly 6-7 hour drive, but i have been looking into racing on that track in cumberland county this summer, i have been trying to find some bash buddys as well as inspiring my friends to get into the hobby, most in this area would but it can be expensive yah know....if you ever want to just email me my email [email protected]....
