what is a good replacement engine for the t maxx, i would like an engine that needs no modifications

Which maxx do you have? There have been a few over the years.

If you have the maxx 2.5 you could use the new traxx 3.3, you could use the OS .18tm. These are the two that I would reccomend. The os will give you a long life and like all os engines will be easy to tune Price: 220. The traxxas 3.3 will drop right in with no problems its fairly new, but the people that have them love them. Price:150

Do a search for tmaxx engine and I'm sure some will come up.
