hi wondering if anyone can help me . I have found a engine that I used to run a few years ago it was working the last time I ran it but like I said that was a few years ago but It has seized up . I have since taken the engine apart and oiled it up and all the parts are moving as they should. but there is a small amount of rust inside the engine wondering if it will run again ?

Clean the rust out as best you can try using an old tooth brush, your tool has to be as non abrasive as possible.

not tried it yet ordered a new fuel tank just waiting on it to be delivered.

There is a good chance that the bearings are no good due to pitting caused by rusting. Be prepared to replace the bearings.
