Well, everything was going great, I have a brand new TRX 2.5. When I go to give it gas it bogs and dies out. It's also is spitting fuel out the exhaust. It sounds like it mutters when I give the slightest amount of gas and then dies. The weird thing is, it will try to keep running with the glow ignitor in, but bogs and dies when I take it out.

Try leaning out your engine a little bit. What temps are you running at?? As for the ignitor thing, try a new plug.

After taking it all aprt and putting it back together, it was the glow plug. Guess the three I had were bad. Thanks.

what would cause all 3 plugs to be bad.. or did they go bad?? make sure you are not too fat.. if you are.. you could knock out the plug.. just tune for smoke and performance..

2 were stockers that I had before switching to the McCoy MC-9. I had been running the mc-9 in my old engine for at least 5 gallons. Probably got screwed up when I cleaned it and put it in the new engine. The stockers looked good still, but they must not of given the heat they used to.

All of them got hot, but only about half way down the element. The new one didn't take more than 2 pulls to have it fired up and running again.
