engine mounting holes

Do all small blocks have the same mounting holes? How about big blocks?

For the most part engines within the same size class have the same mounting hole configuration (ie all .15 sized engines should have the same bolt pattern, but the .15 and the .21 sized engines may be different from each other).

I apologize thats what I meant. .12-.15 and some .16-.18 have the same mounting holes. .21-.27 are the same aswell. Is that correct?
