Is the RC NITRO MOTOR SH .18 ENGINE
a good engine for my rc10gt
if not help let me know what yout hink
and throw out another engine name so i can look at

A .18 engine should be perfectly fine and pretty fast. I had a Dynamite .12 SPD on my RC10GT and that RIPPED!

SH engines are quite possibly the best bang for your buck engines on the market.

The O.S. is better quality and faster, but you pay for it. All in what you want. You run more of a risk getting a bad mill from SH vs. O.S. I've seen my fair share of both brands, they both have their quirks. Whatever you decide, make sure who ever you purchase from IS an authorized dealer just in case you have issues. Most O.S. engines have a 2 year limited warranty. SH has a 90 day limited warranty if I remember correctly.
The LRP .18 would be a great choice, that is one of SH engines' premier lines.

okay how abt the MGT .18

but yea i wud like the o.s.18 but my pockets are a little light

i was looking at the t maxx 3.3 on ebay for $105 plus shipping

deal or no deal my budget is 150 or less so if you have any good engines wit that price rang send me a link and got mak sure it can fit on my rc10gt

Well, if your rc10gt is a side exhaust/rotary carb rig, then the TRX3.3 will cost you more to install, since it is rear exhaust and slide carb. You will have to get a new header and redo your throttle linkage.

The OS18CV-R is a very reliable engine that will last many gallons of running if properly cared for. I had it's predecessor, the OS15CV-R and burned 13 gallons through it before selling the rig it was in. Very reliable and easy to tune. I had a 18CV-R as well, but not for very long. Sold the rig it was in about the time I finished breaking in the engine, then later sold the engine since I didn't have anything to run it in.
