ok since pretty much everyone flamed you for trying to have fun and be creative, ill give ya props. if it works great have fun, if not just take it off or buy a new engine. and for all the guys that continue to argue forced induction does not work on a 2 stroke engine, wheres your engineering degree. it does infact work, and its found in fire engines. please be more specific by differentiating our model engines which have no moving valves to allow forced induction to work as intended.

I needed a good laugh hehe, but on to a serious note...

DaxGuy: don't worry bout the negative feedback dude. Jus do it and enjoy. Not everything that everybody posts about there experiments are going to get raving reviews. I've done some custom stuff that not eveybody agrees with and that's ok. Like somebody said, if it works it works. but what are you really working for? That's the part that a lot of people don't think about. I bet quite a bit of the work is toward personal satisfaction. And if you're satisfied then you've succeeded. We can get as technical as we want in our comments and suggestions about what works or doesn't but if it doesn't put a feeling of accomplishment in you then you've done it all for nothing. It doesn't take an engineering degree to understand that. peace and good luck.

He won't be offended by anything anyone says about this. The thread is from Nov 2003, and he hasn't been back since. Long dead thread.
I agree with the "Joe Dirt" modification.

His 3 attached photos at the beginning are the only posts he's ever made.
If I don't recognize the name of the thread starter, I check. It's either a new member, or a newbie has stumbled through the archives and responded to a very old thread. (Lurkers, they're called)

ah, they got me this time.

hey dude if it works & you like it shine on everybody else who says your a dummy. Most people are content to go through life with whats handed em & thats it. It looks weird, probably sounds weird & probably wont do a damn thing but so what!!
when I was a kid I put playing cards on the forks of my bicycle with clothes pins so they'd buzz in the spokes-lol,lol. I mighta looked foolish but I sounded good. Do the same with that fan. They make a pc fan just like that that glows in the dark (an idea) My partner down the street tied 2 Estates rocket motors to his Savage & lit em after it got rolling, went about 50' in 1/2 second & part of the front differential case is still in the telephone pole he hit but it was fun-- I say go for it

Get some video of that beast tearing it up. I want to see one of these superchargers in action.

Keep working on it, that is an interesting theory. Remember Columbus didn't discover America without some Joe Dirts throwing rocks at him as he left. Any idea is crazy, until it works.
I agree 100%

I'm just wondering why he would be licking his wallet??

I think its a creative idea you have there.....but does the fan spin faster when gas is given to it or does it just spin at a constant rate?
