Your not going to have any pinch left. You can't do any good using a dremmel on the sleeve and piston. You need a new one.

Crank dosnt rotate wen the piston is in it's upward swing

Mw tmaxx 2.5 seems to b binding up in upper third of motion. Is there anything I can do to fix it wout spending anymoreI money on this turd? I'm on a poor mans salary, I'm in dire need of replacment piston n sleeve can't afford hobbyshop prices

Download the exploded view of your engine, and tear yours apart to see what's wrong. If you already took a dremmel to it, there won't be much you can do without rebuilding it.

I already took it all the way down like the walkthrew said but wen I lookedat tha piston it has a small piece missing n the rod was marred up by pliers or somethin. The sleeve went back in fine but putting the piston/rod back in was a bitch so I polished out the gashes w the dremel w 2500 grit sandpape, makin sure it still had compression. All seemed fine till the upper 1/4 of it's stroke. Sucks that I already spent more than it'd been just to "power up" to the 3.3 motor, looks like that's my next step I guess

The sleeve goes in AFTER the piston. It's supposed to be tight at the top of it's stroke.

Ok thanks , I just polished tha piston n sleeve. It still had good compression before I put it back together
