Convert hdmi video to mipi vtx for transmission to my frsky tandem x20 hd screen

My application is quite different from what is usually employed. I am building a submersible ROV on a 150’ umbilical. I have hdmi or rca composite video reaching my surface relay station. I wish to wirelessly/remotely send the video using hd-zero freestyle vtx transmitter to my frsky tandem c20 hd controller. Does anyone know if this can be done? Any help would really be appreciated. Thank you

No, unless there is a way to get the flexible ribbon cable to connect to a vtx connector on an hdzero freestyle transmitter.
