The next 1 is Sunday June 28th on their schedule. I would like to go, but would have to play the same game as this time and switch shifts with someone at work to get the day off. We shall see if I can pull that off a 2nd time...
 
Nice shiny new hobbywing 1080 installed and programmed today. Still running the stock motor atm, will probably drive it this way first to see if the esc makes all the difference with the drag brake, or if it really needs stronger motor magnets...which will happen eventually either way.

Yes...yes I did swap the spektrum ic3 connector on there. It was the laziest format by which I get a good connector, and don't have to do anything different with my batteries.
