What is the best way to clean out a stock exhaust? I was reading a thread and it hit me that i have never cleaned out my stock exhaust. Also how big of a difference is a high performance? Thanks.

i have not heard of cleaning your exhaust out befor. but i can tell you that there is a prity noticeable differnce betwen the stock exhause and a performance exhaust i have the traxxas DC resnoator on my tmaxx 3.3 and i noticed a big differnce.

If you have gotten mud and stuff crammed up on your exhaust, it will keep your truck from running and is REALLY bad for the engine. An engine is basically an air pump, so it has to have the most air possible coming in, and the most air possible going out to function correctly.

I heard that you could clean the exhaut out but i thought it was a little to much also. But thank you for the input. What exhaust would you recomend?
Thanks

Let me add that when cleaning your exhaust, please do so AFTER you have removed it from the engine and ride. You don't want debris going into the engine.
