RC Driving Style
Hello, i have run several electric cars in the past, but now i am ready to buy a nitro on road car, i have narrowed my choises down (i think) to either the
associated ntc3 or the hpi evo 3 series,
they both are very similar, the evo has a roto start where the tc3 has a pull start, and the evo also has a slightly larger .18 engine to the tc3's .15

what are your thoughts, they are both the same price, is the quality equal?
is there anything i should know about either of them, problems?, weaknesses?

thanks

Welcome to the site. The Team Associated NTC3 is probably your best deal between the two. They are both shaft driven and can be great cars to bash but if you intend to start racing, the NTC3 would suit you more. The 18 in the HPI RS4 3 EVO maybe bigger but does not mean it will be better. The NTC3 mated with an OS12 TZ is just riduculous or if you can find a decent Novarossi engine and mate it with a a decent pipe, would make the NTC3 sing.

I have had the OG HPI RS4 3 RTR and the NTC3 in diferent flavors. I personally like the TA NTC3.
