cheap balancing lipo charger?

I was looking for a self balancing lipo charger and i ran across this.. any1 have any experiance with it...

That charger only has 50 watts output, which is fine for 2-3 cell lipos with capacity up to 5000mah for 2S (that charger does 5 amps max) and 4000mah for 3S. If you ever decide to run higher cell counts or greater capacities the charge cycle will take much longer.

The cheapest power supply for that particular charger is something like this.
