Does anyone know where I can find an entry-level type SQL DB Admin position? I currently work in the cable industry and I'm growing weary of it.

I need a list of companies to contact or something to that effect.

I can do SQL, NT admin, some UNIX knowledge, IP networking, could do Novell admin if asked to, etc etc.

My ideal position would be a DB admin for a web hosting company, but I'm considering working in a hospital again, working for a bank, or finding a small IT company that needs an all-around type guy.

:smart: :coffee

interested in moving somewhere warm?

Our company has expressed interest in hiring on an additional IT guy. Local alternative newspaper in Orlando, FL. Any interest? If so, I will send you some more information.

That might be too far of a move for me with a baby on the way.
Thanks for the reply!!

no problem - just thought I would mention it, so you had the option available. Good Luck!

I am studying RDBMS and SQL type stuff for my current Masters Degree program. I came across this website. I can't tell if it is good or bad, but it might be helpful for you.
