i can't get my car to drive straight?? I've obviously tried dialing in the steering but with no luck because when i drive it slow it looks as though its going straight but when on the track is all over is it just because the steering trim is very sensitive???

It's possible. You could also have a problem with your receiver, or your servo could be going bad. I had this problem once a long time ago, and all it was was low batts.

i heard its better to use re-chargeables than throw aways, you get more voltage or something?

it pends on the reciever pack. 1 rechargable is 1.2 volts and 1 alkaline regular is 1.5

Use 5 cell recharge packs instead of 4 your voltage will be fine but better than that your current hour rating is higher

Just wondering what track you go to?

You wouldn't have the Fusion would you because I've seen it on the track and it really sucks for curves, i mean you move the steering a tiny bit and the next thing you know your powersliding or flipping. Also check whether or not your steering is set up correctly. Not the electronics but the actual rods and stuff.

Have you tried dialling in your suspension at all? Are you positve on the Battery issue? Look at your shock set up and linkages

Heh i got the fusion and i know exactly what your talking about!! Foams fix this problem a bit but not much. Anyways on your controller is there a dual rate setting of some sort? That could slow down the movement of your steering. If not then put new batteries in check your antenna for any pinches or look and see if its damaged in any way. If you still have no luck with it, it could be a suspension problem. You said it goes straight if you go slow but try going wot from a dead stop and see how it goes if it leans in one particular direction ( If you have a shaft driven car it always has a slight pull ) then its definatly your suspension and you should get it on a setup board stat!

no i got an hpi, saying that i have just fitted new turnbuckles, it might be that??
