I would like to know how to adjust the brakes on a 2.5 tmaxx any links or videos would be great thank you
 
Grab your logic meter.


With the truck not running and allthe electrics on..... hit the brakes and watch what happens. Adjust acourdingly.
 
your distances on you linkage assembly are wrong. if the pad is too tight its the two hex screws on the shiny brake calipers. those two plus the info in this vid should get you by

You just simply adjust the pull on your linkage. Turn on all electronics without truck running apply brakes and watch which rod moves. Then adjust the slack to none or very little and retighten nut. Apply brakes again and make sure all is tight then fire it up and give em a try
 
To test it I would roll it down my drive way hit the brakes and see if it stops well.
