I locate the body post holes and punch it through. Thtat's it. After that I paint. To cut out the holes, I use a circle cutter to score the line then use a reamer to make a hole in the middle. After that, make pie cuts up to the line. Once that is done, bend it in and the plastic will snap at that line. The same goes for the wheel openings . For the body, you can use nice sharp scissors to get the bulk of the plastic off then just score the body with a hobby knife and start bending as you did with the cooling holes and wheel well. All nice clean cuts and can be sanded lightly to knock off the edge.
